Terms of Business
These general terms of business apply to contracts entered into between the seller and the buyer through the online store chslo.kinoloska.si.
The buyer can be an individual or a legal entity, taking into account the information provided when placing an order. For a buyer who is an individual and acquires or uses goods and services for purposes outside their professional or gainful activity, the provisions of the law regulating consumer protection apply. In cases where an order is placed through the online store chslo.kinoloska.si by a legal or natural person engaged in gainful activity, regardless of its legal organizational form, the provisions of the law regulating consumer protection apply only if specifically provided for in that law.
We advise you to thoroughly read the general terms of business before using the chslo.kinoloska.si web application. The buyer is bound by the general terms valid at the time of purchase (payment of the online order).
The user is notified of the general terms of business and confirms their awareness of them when placing an order.
Conclusion of Contract
The purchase contract between the seller and the buyer is concluded in the chslo.kinoloska.si online store when the seller sends the buyer the first electronic message confirming the order. From that moment on, all prices and other terms are fixed and apply to both the seller and the buyer.
The purchase contract (i.e., the first electronic message about the order status) is stored in electronic form on the seller's server and is available to the buyer using a unique token and via email.
Price and Data Accuracy
Prices are in EUR and include 22% VAT. The seller strives to ensure the accuracy and correctness of the data in the chslo.kinoloska.si web application. The prices that are displayed before the order is placed are valid for the buyer.

All prices include 22% VAT. The term "member" refers to a buyer who is a member of a kennel club or association affiliated with the Kinološka zveza Slovenije on the day of application. The buyer will be required to prove their membership by providing a copy of a valid membership card during the purchase process.
Delivery Costs and Times
Delivery is free for buyers. Shipments are sent via the postal service of Slovenian Post (Pošta Slovenije).
Ordered and paid documentation and ribbon will be delivered as soon as possible. The delivery time is up to 60 days, which may be extended due to unexpected circumstances, and the buyer will be informed accordingly.

Payment Methods
The chslo.kinoloska.si web application allows the following payment methods:
- Payment with Mastercard and Visa debit/credit cards - using the services of Bankart.
The documentation and ribbon will be delivered after receiving a notification from Bankart that the credit card transaction has been executed.
Ordering Process
You initiate the process of ordering a championship by first familiarizing yourself with these general terms, the rules for processing personal data, and the process of ordering goods or services through the chslo.kinoloska.si web application. The ordering process consists of the following steps:
1. Selection of the desired championship registration or Slovenian title registration
2. Verification of the order and confirmation of the general terms
3. Registration with a username and password or login as a registered user
4. Confirmation of the order and payment
5. After payment, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order.
Privacy and Personal Data Protection
We are committed to protecting the personal data of our customers. We will use the collected data exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling the order (sending information materials, offers, invoices) and other necessary communication. We will not disclose the customer's personal information to unauthorized persons under any circumstances.

Right to Withdraw from the Contract
The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the ordered goods or services, without having to state the reason for the withdrawal. The withdrawal period begins on the day following the receipt of the goods or services.
To exercise the right to withdraw from the contract, the buyer must notify the seller of their decision to withdraw from the contract by sending an unambiguous statement to the seller's email address: info@kinoloska.si.
The buyer can use the Withdrawal Form, but it is not mandatory.
If the buyer withdraws from the contract, they must return the received goods or services to the seller within 14 days from the notification of withdrawal.
Complaints and Disputes
We adhere to applicable consumer protection legislation. We make every effort to fulfill our duty to establish an effective complaints handling system and designate a person that the buyer can contact by phone or email in case of problems. The complaint is submitted via email to info@kinoloska.si. The complaint processing procedure is confidential.
If, in spite of our efforts to resolve the complaint amicably, a dispute arises, the court with local jurisdiction over the dispute in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Code of Obligations shall have jurisdiction over the dispute.

Legal relationships and disputes between the seller and the buyer are governed by Slovenian law.
These general terms of business have been in force since September 25, 2023.
