This online application form is intended for submitting an application for the Slovenian Championship (title). The Kennel Club of Slovenia manages and processes a database of dogs that have achieved the Slovenian Championship, which includes the following data:

The aforementioned personal data is stored in a database on the server chslo.kinoloska.si until a document with or without a rosette is issued and sent, after which it is destroyed. In the database maintained by the Kennel Club of Slovenia, the aforementioned personal data is stored, except for data about the dog's breeder and photocopies (scans) of the pedigree, working certificate, and certificates of achieved titles. These data are stored permanently.

Personal data collected through this online application is not disclosed to third parties. An individual who prohibits the processing of their personal data is permanently deleted from the database of Slovenian champions.

Authorized processors of personal data are obliged to comply with the applicable data protection laws and internal rules defined by the data controller.
